What We Offer

GREEN BUILDING INITIATIVE

We offer consultancy for Green Building Initiative which is a part of ESG Compliance. It aims to decrease carbon emissions and support growth of carbon neutral buildings. Improve energy efficiency through strategies that include reducing consumption, increasing recycling, and using alternative sources of energy. It promotes energy efficiency, creates a conducive regulatory environment for private investments and advances market integration. Technology solutions are abundant and ready to be deployed and development cooperation funds can help to leverage private sector investment in clean energy. We can address the risks while making the best of the opportunities by acting together, promoting more partnerships for a green transition that benefits us all, environmentally, socially, and economically.

Key Points

Promote Sustainable
Energy

Sustainable energy means the use of solar, wind or gas turbine, that reduce energy consumption and cost and enhance energy efficiency

Reduce Energy Consumption and Optimize Energy Usage

Energy efficiency simply means using less energy to perform the same task – that is, eliminating energy waste. Energy efficiency brings a variety of benefits includes reducing demand for energy imports, and minimizing costs on a industry and economy-wide level.

LEED Certification
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

LEED is a rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the Energy Efficiency, environmental performance of buildings and measure their Energy sustainability. The LEED system provides a framework for healthy, efficient, carbon and cost-saving green buildings.

What is LEED ?

LEED is the world's most widely used green building rating system. LEED certification provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings, which offer environmental, social and governance benefits. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement, and it is backed by an entire industry of committed organizations and individuals paving the way for market transformation.

leed rating system

The LEED rating system is based on a point system, with buildings earning points for meeting certain criteria in categories such as energy efficiency, water conservation, and indoor environmental quality. The more points a building earns, the higher its LEED rating will be. There are four levels of LEED certification: Certified (40-49 points), Silver (50-59 points), Gold (60-79 points) and Platinum (80+ points).

What are the Leed system Goals ?

LEED-certified buildings are critical to addressing climate change and meeting ESG goals, enhancing resilience, and supporting more equitable communities. LEED is a holistic system that doesn’t simply focus on one building element, such as energy, water or health. Instead, it looks at the big picture, factoring in all critical elements that work together to create the best building possible. The LEED rating for a building lasts for a period of five years, after which the building must go through a recertification process to maintain its LEED status.

key assesment criteria for leed points

LEED rating system, buildings can earn points across several key areas of performance, each focusing on different aspects of sustainability and environmental impact. These areas, known as credit categories, include:

  • Water Efficiency (WE)
  • Energy Efficiency & Atmosphere (EA)
  • Material & Resources (MR)
  • Regional Priorities (PR)
  • Location & Transportation (LT)
  • Innovation (IN)
  • Sustainable Sites (SS) and more...
